Listed below are the most recent changes in court statuses for the beginning of the week of November 29th, 2021.
Washington, OH:
As of 12/1/2021, the Public Access Terminal is offline and we are unable to complete Criminal and Civil orders at this time. According to the clerks, there is no known ETA. We will provide updates as they are made available.
Cook, IL:
As of 11/22/2021, the Public Access Terminal for Civil searches is undergoing maintenance and we are unable to complete Civil orders. At this time, there is no known ETA for when the PAT will be accessible. We will provide updates as they are made available.
- 12/3/2021: the PAT for Civil searches is back online and we are able to complete Civil orders. Please expect delays as we process orders from oldest to newest.
St. Bernard, LA:
As of 11/8/2021, the Public Access Terminal is offline and we are unable to complete Criminal and Civil orders at this time. According to the clerks, there is no known ETA. We will provide updates as they are made available. As of 11/19/2021, the site is back online but is not available for use until all updates are complete. There is no known ETA for when the site will be available, however, we are able to conduct research for Criminal and Civil orders via a conventional method.

Washington, DC:
As of 11/3/2021, the online site is producing false clears and we are unable to conduct research via automation. Clerks confirmed the in-court Public Access Terminal is available for Criminal orders only. Civil requests cannot be completed as the courthouse does not house Civil cases. The clerks have implemented a strict 1-hour appointment policy and are not allowing daily courthouse visits. Please expect extensive delays on all Criminal and Civil orders. On 11/30/2021, the online site was no longer producing false clears and we were able to complete Criminal and Civil orders via automation.

Baldwin, Bryan, Carroll, Dougherty, Stephens, Thomas, GA:
On 10/20/2021, the online site to access the Public Access Terminal (PAT) for Criminal and Civil searches went offline and we have been unable to process orders. However, we have been conducting research via the in-court PAT. On 10/28/2021, the Baldwin online site and in-court PAT were reported as being offline and we were unable to complete Criminal and Civil orders. As of, 11/1/2021, the site for Baldwin remains offline, but we have been able to complete orders via the in-court PAT. Please expect delays as we work through them from oldest to newest.

Travis, TX:
As of 10/1/2021, the Public Access Terminal is transitioning to a new system and we are unable to process Criminal and Civil searches. On 11/19/2021, we obtained the ability to process all clear orders using the online index. However, due to missing case details, all possible hits for Criminal and Civil orders are being held until the PAT transition is finished. Clerks are unable to provide an ETA for when the transition will be completed.
- 11/29/2021: we are able to process hits for Criminal and Civil orders utilizing the in-court terminals. However, not all terminals are accessible and the clerks have implemented a strict 1-hour appointment policy. Please expect extensive delays on all orders with possible hits.
Lubbock, TX:
On 8/6/2021, the Public Access Terminal (PAT) began transitioning to a new PAT. On 9/20/2021, clerks confirmed the records were up to date but the system was not. Due to this, the public was unable to view case information on the online & in-court PATs. On 10/12/2021, we obtained the ability to process all clear orders using the Lubbock online index. However, due to missing case details, all possible hits for Criminal and Civil orders are being held until the PAT transition is finished. Clerks are unable to provide an ETA for when the transition will be completed. On 10/29/2021, the ability to process all clear orders using the Lubbock online index became unavailable and we have been unable to process any orders. ETA is unknown. We will provide details as we receive them.
